User Agreement

The current Agreement defines conditions for Users to use materials and services of the website www.grundig-security.com (hereafter "Website").

The Terms used in the current User Agreement have the following meanings:

A. General terms

  1. The use of Website materials and services is regulated by international law.
  2. The current Agreement is a public offer. By accessing Website material, the User is considered to have consented to this Agreement.
  3. The Website Administrator has the right to unilaterally change the conditions of this Agreement at any time. These changes shall become effective immediately after publication of the new version of the Agreement on the Website.   4. Comments and other records from the User on the Website must not violate international law and socially accepted norms of morality.
  5. The User is warned that the Website Administrator does not bear responsibility for the User visiting or using external resources from links contained on the Website.
  6. The User agrees that the Website Administrator does not bear responsibility and does not have direct or indirect obligations towards the User regarding any possible or real losses due to any content on the Website, copyright registration and information about that registration, goods and services available on or received through external websites or resources or other contacts the User made using information published on the Website or links to external resources.
  7. The User agrees that all Website materials and services or any part thereof may be accompanied by advertisements. The User agrees that the Website Administrator does not bear any responsibility and does not have any obligations related to such advertisements.

C. Miscellaneous terms and conditions

  1. All possible disagreements stemming from this Agreement or related to it shall be resolved in accordance with international law.
  2. Nothing in the Agreement should be construed as the establishment of an agent-client relationship, partnership, joint venture, personal employment, or any other relationships not explicitly provided for by this Agreement between the User and the Website Administrator.
  3. The decision of a court to invalidate or deem unenforceable any term of this Agreement does not invalidate any other terms of this Agreement.
  4. Inaction by the Website Administrator should any User violate terms of this Agreement does not prevent the Website Administrator from undertaking later corresponding action to protect interests of Abetechs GmbH (Grundig Security) and copyrights on Website materials protected by law.

The User confirms that he/she has familiarized him/herself with all points of this Agreement and unequivocally accepts them.

D. Parties' obligations

  1. The User has the obligation:

  2. The Website Administrator has the obligation:
    1. To use the information received solely for the purposes specified in Section 2 of this Privacy Policy.
    2. To ensure that confidential information is kept secret, not to disclose it without the User's prior written consent, and also not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose the received User's personal data in any other ways, except as provided in this Privacy Policy.
    3. To take precautionary measures to protect the User's personal data privacy according to the procedure commonly used to protect such information in existing business practice.

E. Parties' liabilities

  1. The Website Administrator, when not fulfilling its obligations, is responsible for losses incurred by the User in connection with the misuse of personal data.
  2. In case of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Website Administrator is not responsible if this confidential information:
    1. Became public before its loss or disclosure.
    2. Was obtained from a third party prior to its receipt by the Website Administrator.
    3. Was disclosed with the consent of the User.

F. Settlement of disputes

  1. Before filing a lawsuit in court for disputes arising from the relationship between the Website User and the Website Administrator, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for the voluntary settlement of the dispute).
  2. The receiver of the claim shall notify the applicant in writing about the results of the claim examination within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of receipt.
  3. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute will be referred to a court for review in accordance with the current legislation.

G. Additional terms

  1. Abetechs GmbH (Grundig Security) will store all the personal information provided by the User on its secure servers. The User's personal information may be stored and processed within the territory of foreign countries.
  2. The Website Administrator has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent. If the Website Administrator makes any material changes to the Privacy Policy, a prominent notice will be placed on the Website.
  3. The new Privacy Policy comes into effect from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided for in the new edition of the Privacy Policy.
  4. The User's continued use of the Website after the Website Administrator posts any modifications to the Privacy Policy will constitute the User's acknowledgment of the modifications and his/her consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
